Crestview guests must check-in at our sister property, Bear Hollow Village, located approximately 1/4 mile away at 5519 Lillehammer Lane, Building A. The front desk is open 8 am-6 pm, seven days a week April 15-December 1 and 24 hours December 1-April 14. Check in office hours are normal business hours. If you expect you are going to be late, please contact them for after hours check in procedure.

Please note seasonal cancellation policies apply; Winter Season November 21, 2011 - April 15, 2012. Summer Season April 16, 2012 - November 20, 2012.
